Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in, Mohamed Naguib Axis, New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and offering expert guidance on real estate options. Daily responsibilities include consulting clients, ensuring excellent customer service, preparing property sales contracts, and meeting sales targets while adhering to company standards. Additionally, candidates will be expected to stay updated on real estate market trends and opportunities in the region.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Sales experience, particularly in the real estate industry
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and trends
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• High level of professionalism, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage
