We are currently hiring ambitious, confident, and results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultants who are passionate about building long-term investor relationships and thriving in a target-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Promote and sell premium off-plan residential and investment properties across Dubai
• Advise clients on new project launches, ROI potential, and flexible developer payment plans
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer partners
• Conduct meetings, presentations, property viewings, and negotiations
• Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s property trends, pricing strategies, and upcoming project releases

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience (off-plan experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market and developer payment structures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a results-driven mindset
• Professional attitude with strong financial ambition and long-term career vision
