Job Summary
Firstpoint Real Estate LLC is a Dubai-based, RERA-licensed brokerage specializing in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and investment advisory. We serve local and international clients and operate in a high-performance, results-driven environment focused on premium service, strong deal flow, and long-term client relationships.
Role Overview
We are expanding our team and hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Agents who are ambitious, market-driven, and committed to delivering results. This opportunity is designed for top-tier brokers seeking strong brand backing, elite developer access, and a performance-focused culture where success is rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
· Source, manage, and close property sales and leasing transactions (off-plan & secondary market)
· Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and client consultations
· Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and sellers
· List and promote properties across major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
· Negotiate offers and manage deals through successful closure
· Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and market standards
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales
· Strong track record in closing deals and managing client relationships
· Deep knowledge of Dubai/UAE real estate market preferred
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills
· Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)
· RERA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
· Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional mindset
