Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, guiding them through the property buying, selling, or leasing process. Key responsibilities include conducting client consultations, fostering strong relationships, identifying client needs, and matching those needs with suitable properties. The role also involves sales negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while staying updated on industry trends and market conditions.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to provide tailored property solutions and advice
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members
• Proven Customer Service abilities to ensure positive client experiences
• Sales expertise with a focus on negotiation, closing skills, and achieving targets
• Previous experience in real estate or related fields is highly desirable
• Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
