Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
• Negotiate property deals and close sales successfully
• Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with relevant parties
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate or sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
