Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting property viewings, providing expert advice on real estate opportunities, and negotiating deals. Additional duties include building and maintaining client relationships, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Excellent skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and Sales practices
• Understanding of Real Property regulations and guidelines
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Professional experience in the UAE real estate market is an added advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
