We are a full-service agency offering research, advisory, valuation, property management, marketing, leasing, sales, snagging & inspection, CRM, project management and development management — delivering innovative real estate solutions across all asset classes.

We are expanding our team and looking for driven, professional Real Estate Sales Consultants to join us across off-plan, secondary market and leasing.

What You Will Be Doing

— Consulting with clients on buying, selling and leasing residential properties

— Building and managing your own client pipeline

— Presenting projects and properties with confidence and market knowledge

— Working with some of Dubai’s leading developers and exclusive listings

What We Are Looking For

— Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai

— Strong communication skills and a professional client-facing approach

— Self-motivated with a hunter mentality — you generate your own leads

— RERA certification preferred but not essential

— Fluency in English — additional languages a strong advantage
