Property Consultant - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the off-plan segment. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, and selling properties, while providing exceptional customer service and market insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling, with a focus on Dubai’s off-plan developments.
• Provide expert advice on the real estate market and investment opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest property launches, pricing, and availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai off-plan market.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven sales track record and client handling skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
