Your Responsibilities

• Drive property sales, rentals, and purchases across key UAE markets.
• Proactively generate and manage leads via networking, referrals, and digital tools.
• Conduct professional property viewings and client presentations.
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and legal formalities.
• Negotiate deals and successfully close transactions.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships founded on trust and expertise.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of UAE real estate experience (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and market insights.
• Skilled in sales, negotiation, and client communication.
• Fluent in English; multilingual abilities (including Arabic) are a plus.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and performance-driven in a commission-only framework.
