The role involves working in the real estate sector with a focus on leasing or sales, providing high-quality leads and support to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE
• Proven track record in property sales or rentals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience (leasing or sales)

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms

Preferred Skills

• Other languages are a plus

Pay range and compensation package

• Competitive commission structure with uncapped earnings
• Progressive commission structure up to 70%
• High-quality leads from day one
• Releasing commission immediately after the deal
• Maximum number of listings on the Bayut and Property Finder portals
• Visa and insurance provided
