Property Consultant - Dubai Real Estate(Off Plan)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Consultant with at least one year of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities-

1-Client Relationship Management

2-Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions

3-Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.

4-Conduct market research to determine property value and competitive prices.

5-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property launch and transactions.

6-Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and achieve personal and team goals.
