Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and Arabic-speaking Female Property Consultant to become part of our expanding real estate team in Ajman. Whether you already have experience in real estate or are just beginning your career, we offer complete support, hands-on training, and all the resources needed to excel in the UAE property industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Guide clients throughout the process of buying, selling, and renting properties in Ajman
• Organize and conduct professional property tours and viewings
• Negotiate offers effectively to ensure smooth and successful transactions
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through honesty and professionalism
• Stay informed about current market conditions, property launches, and price trends

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in Arabic (both spoken and written)
• Female applicants only (position-specific requirement)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Energetic, confident, and motivated by targets and success
• Freshers are encouraged to apply – full training and mentorship provided
