Senior Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

To achieve sales targets and business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective distribution and visibility of non-food FMCG products across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets in modern trade, general trade, and institutional channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territories.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional deals with customers to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
• Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and trade promotions to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff where applicable.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG (non-food) sales, preferably in UAE/GCC markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, distribution channels, and trade marketing.
• Valid UAE driving license id mandatory.
