Property Consultant (Female)

Arfeen Real Estate is expanding its presence in Ajman and is seeking a motivated Arabic-speaking Female Property Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, enjoys working with clients, and aims to build a stable career in the UAE real estate market. Previous experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as full training and continuous support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with renting, buying, and selling properties throughout Ajman
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, explaining details in a professional manner
• Support clients during negotiations and follow through until deal completion
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service
• Stay updated on market movements, pricing changes, and new property launches

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written
• Female candidates only, as required for this position
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-handling skills
• Self-driven, confident, and focused on achieving targets
• Fresh graduates and beginners are encouraged to apply, as training is provided
