Property Consultant (Female)

Arfeen Real Estate is growing its operations in Ajman and is looking to hire a confident, Arabic-speaking Female Property Consultant. This position suits an individual who enjoys client interaction, has a strong interest in sales, and wants to establish a long-term career in the UAE real estate sector. Prior experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training and continuous guidance will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Support clients with property leasing, purchasing, and selling across Ajman
• Schedule and carry out property viewings while presenting information clearly and professionally
• Assist during negotiations and ensure smooth progression until transaction completion
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through reliable follow-up and service
• Keep informed about market trends, pricing updates, and upcoming property projects

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Female applicants only (role-specific requirement)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills
• Motivated, confident, and target-oriented approach
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome; full training is provided
