Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Curtains and Blinds Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a well-versed sales professional in the curtains and blinds industry, with a proven ability to secure orders from clients such as developers, contractors, and interior designers. This role is commission-based, offering excellent earning potential for a results-driven individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and interior design sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, interior designers, and other key decision-makers.
• Present and demonstrate a variety of curtain and blind solutions to meet client needs and preferences.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging products.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the curtains and blinds industry.
• Strong network within the real estate, construction, and interior design industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to generate leads and close deals.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation:

• Basic + Commission-based structure with attractive earnings potential based on sales performance.
• Potential for additional incentives for high performers.
