Property Consultant - Freshers Required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
• Conduct property viewings and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market and trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing deals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
