Property Consultant - Off Plan and Secondary

We’re Hiring: Off-Plan Experienced Property Consultants

+ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, lead follow-up, and proactive calling of leads.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competition.
• Guide clients through the entire property transaction process, ensuring transparency and smooth communication.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and finalize sales/rental agreements to achieve targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Support and advise investors on property opportunities, market trends, and investment potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, admin, mortgage advisors) for seamless deal closure.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies at all times.
