As part of our growth, we’re hiring experienced Property Consultants with a proven background in off-plan sales to join our high-performing team.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in the off-plan market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Guide clients through upcoming project investments
• Negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving targets
• Stay updated on market trends and new launches
• Conduct property tours and attend project site visits
• Represent Next Door at exhibitions, launches, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate sector
• Strong sales track record with proven results
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market and new project pipeline
• Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
