Key Responsibilities:

• Guiding Dreams into Reality: Provide expert guidance to sellers and buyers, assisting them in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price, under the best terms.
• Client-Centric Solutions: Determine clients' unique needs and financial abilities, proposing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
• Mastering Negotiation: Navigate intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
• Market Insight: Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately estimate the value of properties, staying ahead with market trends.
• Showcasing Excellence: Display and market real properties to potential buyers, creating compelling presentations that highlight the unique features of each listing.
• Efficient Paperwork Management: Prepare and handle all necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Auction Mastery: Manage property auctions or exchanges, showcasing your expertise in maximizing property value.
• Listing Management: Maintain and update listings of available properties, ensuring accurate and attractive representation.
• Collaborative Networking: Build strong networks and collaborate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Strategic Promotion: Drive sales through strategic advertising, engaging open houses, and leveraging listing services to maximize property exposure.
• Market Savvy: Stay abreast of real estate markets and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Real Estate Agent: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
• RERA Certification (prioritize) (Preferred)
