Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent

Moon 2 Mars Properties is looking for motivated Property Consultants to assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and real estate who want to grow in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Manage company-generated leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai property market trends.
• Prepare property listings and coordinate marketing of properties.
• Maintain CRM records of client interactions and deal progress.
• Work closely with developers, landlords, and internal teams to complete transactions.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with investors and clients.
