Job Overview

Zenora International Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, advising clients, generating leads, and closing high-value deals while ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage buyer and seller leads
• List, market, and promote residential/commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements
• Provide expert advice on market trends and property values
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers
• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and brokerage standards
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate brokerage
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local property market and regulations
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
