Role Description – Property Consultant (Commission-Based)

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will:

• Consult with clients and provide expert real estate advice.
• Manage negotiations, sales, leasing, and transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Leverage our exclusive projects, leads, and marketing campaigns to maximize closings.

Qualifications We Value

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dubai’s real estate market (sales or leasing).
• Proven track record of closing deals and managing clients successfully.
• Strong communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s property laws and market trends.
• UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
