About the Role
We are hiring
Senior Sales Executives
to join a
leading real estate development company
. This role is ideal for professionals who have solid experience in
selling residential and/or commercial development projects
, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value real estate deals.
You will play a key role in promoting our development projects, expanding our client base, and achieving strong sales performance in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities

Sell residential and/or commercial
real estate development projects

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations

Negotiate prices, payment plans, and contracts
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Generate leads through digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins

Maintain accurate client data using CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams (sales admin, legal, finance) to close deals

Stay updated on market trends and competing developments

Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum
3 years of sales experience in real estate development

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Target-driven with excellent time management

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
