Job Description:
We are looking for ambitious Russian & English-speaking Property Consultants for the Dubai market. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. You will work with clients, close deals, and grow your income based on your results.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and rent premium properties in Dubai.
• Build and maintain relationships with Russian and English-speaking clients.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Utilize company-provided marketing and lead support to boost sales.
• Meet personal sales targets and maximize commission income.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian or English.
• Sales experience preferred; real estate experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
