Property Consultant - Salary + Comission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads for off-plan properties through multiple channels (online portals, social media, networking).
  • Guide clients through the off-plan property investment process, providing expert advice on ROI, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits.
  • Negotiate and close deals efficiently while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update a CRM database with accurate client information and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions for off-plan projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Sales Executive in off-plan real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE property market, including developers, projects, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and client success.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
