Become a key player in our dynamic team at Richmond Properties. We are looking for an energetic, driven, and experienced Property Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and build strong relationships with Clients
• Manage and update CRM system with client and property details
• Provide expert insights and guidance to clients to make informed property decisions
• Conduct Market Research and Analysis, Prepare Property Presentations and Proposals
• Negotiate and handle objections effectively, Facilitate Smooth Transactions

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Dubai real estate
• Preferred native or advanced proficiency in English, German, Italian, Persian, Chinese
• Proven track record in networking, sales, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills, self-driven, and hardworking
• Presenting yourself well through grooming and clear speech.
