Property Consultant- Urgent Hiring

Lakhani Group is looking for an experienced Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. This position is ideal for a driven individual who enjoys working with clients and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange client appointments and conduct property site visits
  • Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Generate leads and connect with potential clients via social media platforms
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities, including collaborations with auto dealers
  • Promote, sell, and upsell service packages to new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to close sales
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, emails, and industry events
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 1 -2 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Honest, professional, and well-mannered personality
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office
