Property Consultant with Real Estate Experience (Salary + Commission)

We are a leading real estate brokerage and investment firm specializing in premium properties and innovative real estate solutions. With our business expanding rapidly, we are looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate and manage leads to convert them into clients.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
• Conduct property viewings, prepare offers, and negotiate deals to close successful transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
• Stay up to date with local market trends, listings, and competition.
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and legal for a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Language Skills:
• Chinese Candidates: Must be fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Other Nationalities :Open to diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in English is required. Language skills in any of the following are a plus: Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Urdu, Farsi, or Turkish.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with exposure to luxury properties or real estate brokerage.
• Sales Skills: Strong client development and relationship management skills; ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals through effective negotiation and communication.
• Professionalism: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Technology: Familiarity with real estate CRMs, online listing platforms, and digital communication tools.
