Job Description – Property Consultant

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, client servicing, and closing property deals in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on buyer, seller, and tenant leads
• Market and promote properties through portals, social media, and networking
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
• Update CRM with accurate client and property information
• Work closely with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

• Experience in UAE real estate is an advantage (freshers are welcome)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is a plus
