Property Consultants (Agents)

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Commercial Property Consultant.

Core Competencies

An understating of the UAE real estate market and familiarity with leasehold and freeholds, off plans, ready to move in, commercial real estate, rentals, and occupancy costs.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing the right clients for warehouses, plots, labour camp and staff accommodation, retail, and offices through cold-calling, database management, business presentations and advertising.
• Assisting the clients to make the right renting decisions through negotiations, precision, and the highest codes of conduct.
• Consulting the market analysis tools regularly by field visits or digital media to keep up with pricing trends.
• Developing strategies to increase the rental and sale turnover.

Requirements:

• Immediately available to join
• Must have a driving license.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
