Position: Property Executive

Location: Karachi & Islamabad (pls advertise for both)

Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Property Managment with + 3 years in a Property Execuitive Role

Experience in Dubai Real Estate Market (non-freehold + freehold) is a preferrable.

JD:

STRATEGIC:

* Conduct a thorough check-in process to ensure a seamless customer move-in experience and ensure all policies & procedures related to tenant living experience within the residential portfolio as per company standards are communicated to the tenant, in-order to manage tenant expectations.

• Ensure Check–out policies and procedures are communicated to Tenants prior to move out .

* Schedule & attend check out inspections along with the Tenant and Operations team during working hours to ensure a seamless cutomer experience for the tenant and liaise between both parties to ensure any issues / discrepancies arising as a result of the condition of the unit at the time of check out and it’s related maintenance charges are address to the tenant and expectations of both parties are managed accordingly in line with company policies with regard to the move out condition repor of the unit.

* Prepare reports related to reinstatements, inspections, violations and building overall conditions and tenant's living experience to the management.

OPERATIONAL:

* To Inspect and ensure all maintenance related tasks including reinstatement of vacated units are carried as per company quality standards and requirements and report inefficiencies to the operations team for corrective action.

• Conduct periodic site inspections to identify & report areas of improvement that would enhance customer living experience, including violations and misuse of the property.

* Coordinate with tenants to provide access as and when required for maintenance work.

Coordinate with tenanat to address issues related to the tenant as identified by operations team and where they are unabel to get across to the tenant, in spite of their regular attempts, to get the tenant to adhere to take corrective action.

* Coordinate with concerned department to ensure HSE Risks that are identified are addressed as and when needed.

* Support the line manager with day-to-day activities of the department to ensure higher level of customer satisfaction is met .

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Rs310,000.00 per month
