Job Title: Property Consultant – Tele Sales (Real Estate)

We are hiring a confident and energetic Property Consultant (Tele Sales) to join our team. Your main role will be to call potential clients, share property details, and convert leads into site visits and sales.

What You Will Do:

  • Make 150+ calls daily to interested clients
  • Explain project details, prices, and offers on calls
  • Follow up with clients and build good relationships
  • Convert calls into site visits and sales opportunities
  • Keep client data updated in records/CRM
  • Work with the sales team to close deals

What We Need:

✔ Minimum 1 year Tele Sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
✔ Good communication and convincing skills
✔ Ability to handle high call targets (150+ calls/day)
✔ Basic knowledge of property/investment sales
✔ Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate
  • At least 6 months of experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
