Job Description:

We are looking for a Property Finder & Bayut Listings Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing properties and managing listings on Bayut or similar platforms. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with property owners and our sales team are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
• Create, update, and manage property listings on Bayut, including photos, descriptions, and prices.
• Coordinate with property owners and the sales team to ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain an organized property database.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property listings or property sourcing.
• Proven track record as a Property Finder or Bayut Listings Specialist (proof of work required during the interview).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
• Open to all nationalities and genders.
