Property Inspector/Engineers

We are looking for Property Inspector/Engineers to join our team.
Experience is not a must — what matters is your attention to detail, strong reporting skills, and proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
· Strong skills in preparing reports and documentation.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Knowledge or interest in Project Management and Asset Management practices.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
· Support in monitoring building assets, maintenance, and repairs.
· Assist in coordinating with the team on project timelines, inspections, and documentation.
· Contribute to property management and asset lifecycle tracking.
