Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious Property Investment Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage both local and international investor portfolios, market off-plan projects and secondary properties, and represent Marrfa at global roadshows and business meetings abroad. This is not just a local sales position — it is an opportunity for international exposure and high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and guide clients on real estate investment opportunities in Dubai.
• Market and sell both off-plan developments and secondary (ready) properties.
• Participate in quarterly international roadshows and client events.
• Negotiate and close high-value transactions with a focus on ROI-driven strategies.
• Build, expand, and manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of investors.

Candidate Profile

• Proven sales and negotiation skills; confident communicator.
• Proficiency in English is a MUST; additional European languages are highly desirable.
• UAE driving license (preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Fresh graduates with strong ambition and drive are welcome — full training provided.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business engagements.
