Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle rental inquiries from clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person
• Develop property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential buyers in the market
• Listing and marketing properties for rent
• Negotiating offers and contracts negotiation
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year Real Estate experience
• Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as a Team
• Highly motivated and goal-orientated
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Have Driver's License
• Fluent in English
