Property Leasing Specialist (Real Estate Brokerage or Holiday Homes Experience Mandatory)

We are seeking Property Leasing Specialists with prior experience in Real Estate Brokerage or Holiday Homes to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, generating leads, closing leasing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and property owners. This role requires strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to handle both short-term and long-term leasing portfolios efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and manage residential and holiday home properties
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close rental agreements with tenants
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Ensure all property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and marketed effectively across online platforms
• Coordinate with the operations and housekeeping teams for move-ins, check-outs, and property readiness
• Prepare property management contracts, and other relevant documentation if needed
• Advise clients on current market trends, rental values, and legal requirements
• Maintain an organized database of client leads and property portfolios
• Achieve monthly rental and revenue targets set by the management
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and property inspections

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Brokerage or Holiday Homes within the UAE
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market, RERA laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
• Presentable, proactive, and target-driven personality
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• RERA Certification (advantageous)
• Proficiency in MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
