• Seek and secure new property management business opportunities across Dubai.
• Build lasting relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and construction companies.
• Stay ahead of market trends and upcoming projects to strategically target potential clients.
• Visit sites, assess opportunities, and showcase our services.
• Maintain detailed reports and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in business development, sales, or real estate, ideally property management.
• Skilled in networking, negotiation, and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledgeable about Dubai’s real estate and construction market.
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in the field.
• Hold a valid UAE driving license and ready to travel across Dubai.
