Property Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory

- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds

- Ability to work outdoors

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.

- Proficient in carpentry with a focus on unit turns including drywall work.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
