Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of villa rentals and residential units
• Handle tenant inquiries, contracts, and move-in/move-out processes
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service requests
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy
• Monitor rent collection and payment follow-ups
• Build positive relationships with tenants and property owners
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Work with maintenance teams and service providers
