Leasing Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease execution.
  • Assist prospective tenants with property viewings, unit selection, applications, and onboarding.
  • Conduct tenant screening, background checks, and financial verification.
  • Prepare lease agreements, reservation forms, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant handover and occupancy.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records within Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM platforms.
  • Support occupancy targets through effective lead follow-up and conversion activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to tenant inquiries.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate operations.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of leasing procedures, tenant screening, and lease documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PMS, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Certifications

  • Real Estate or Leasing Certification
  • Customer Service or Sales Training

Experience:

  • Leasing Officer: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Qatar Driving License (Required)
