Property Management Assistant

This is a full-time role where we are looking for someone to be on the field responding to various stakeholder requests. This is ideal for someone that is willing to pursue a real estate career as this gives a broad visibility into the operations and tenant/landlord expectations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the home upon a tenant move out and make a comprehensive report about the repairs needed to make it rent ready
• Document all the work, costs and reports into our portal
• Process monthly distributions to the owners after keeping track of any expenses that might have occurred on their property
• Communicate with vendors, tenants and landlords on answering their queries.
• Handle repairs and maintenance requests from tenants and landlords.
• Research new vendors
• Must be ready to make small repairs if needed

Qualifications

• High School degree required
• Enrolled in a real estate related program, preferred
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Have basic understanding of repairs and should ability to perform them, if required.
• Should have their own car and with the ability to the drive up to 2 hours away from Houston if needed.
• Must be authorized to work in USA without requiring any sponsorship.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
