Job Summary:

The Internal Handover Representative is responsible for managing and coordinating the internal handover process of projects from construction to property management. The role ensures that all units, systems, and documentation are delivered in accordance with company standards, quality requirements, and timelines. The candidate will act as a key liaison between engineering, construction, and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the internal handover process between construction and property management teams.
• Ensure all units are inspected and meet quality standards prior to handover.
• Review and verify all handover documentation, including drawings, manuals, and warranties.
• Identify and report defects, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of handover status and progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support the preparation of snag lists and ensure closure before final handover.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering .
• Saudi National (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, construction, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong computer skills (MS Office and relevant systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in handover processes or facility/property management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures and quality standards.
