Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing & Marketing:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Market available properties through online platforms, agents, and direct channels.
  • Conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms, and prepare lease agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and competitors.

Property Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained.
  • Manage property inspections, maintenance schedules, and service providers.
  • Monitor and control budgets, operating costs, and rent collection.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.

Tenant Relations:

  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Foster positive tenant relationships to ensure renewals and reduce turnover.
  • Handle lease renewals, rent escalations, and termination processes.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare regular reports on occupancy, financial performance, and property condition.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, and property files.
  • Assist management with strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Real Estate: 3 years (Required)
  • Property Management: 3 years (Required)
