Property Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of properties by ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction, landlord retention, and property upkeep with minimum complaints from clients, while also contributing to business growth through proactive client engagement and new property acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Assist tenants with the move-in and move-out process, ensuring a smooth transition by coordinating inspections, handling key transfers, and managing documentation related to the property condition.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, Ejari regulations, and RERA requirements
• Handle tenancy renewals, terminations, and legal notices
• Resolve tenant and landlord issues in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and engage landlords, property owners, and investors in need of property management services.
• Registering all the utilities under the tenant prior to the handover and ensuring the leaving tenant clears all the outstanding utility bills before vacating the premises
• Manage maintenance requests for both occupied and vacant properties. Schedule inspections, obtain quotes, and coordinate with service teams for approval and completion of necessary work.

Business Development:

• Think of new ways to promote and offer our services to clients
• Promoting & implementing new ideas within the department
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline using the CRM system
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Property Management experience in Dubai (mandatory)
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of initiative
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills
• UAE driving license and own car (mandatory).
