Property Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a new luxury residential community. This role is responsible for driving property performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional resident experience. Lease-up experience is highly preferred, as the ideal candidate will play a key role in stabilizing occupancy and establishing strong operational foundations. The successful candidate brings a proactive, solutions-driven approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the value and integrity of the asset in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and vendor relations
  • Lead lease-up efforts, including marketing, outreach, and conversion strategies to achieve occupancy goals
  • Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable landlord-tenant laws
  • Utilize property management systems (RealPage OneSite) to manage leasing activity, rent collections, and service requests
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety standards and identify maintenance needs
  • Manage lease negotiations, contract administration, and related legal documentation
  • Resolve resident and vendor concerns through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate maintenance and facilities operations to ensure optimal property condition
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling services and upgrades while maintaining high service standards
  • Build and maintain positive resident relationships through proactive communication and strong customer service

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in property management, preferably with lease-up exposure in a luxury community
  • Proficiency with property management software such as RealPage OneSite or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
  • Experience with legal documentation, contracts, and administrative processes
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data management and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations and facilities management practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
