As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction through exceptional customer service and effective property management. Your strong communication and leadership abilities will contribute to the overall success of our property management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service:
- Answer phones and respond to email leads in a professional and timely manner.
- Strong leadership skills, takes initiative and motives others, provides clear direction and support, steps up and takes charge when needed
- Time management skills, stays organized and on scheduled, prioritizes tasks effectively, uses time efficiently, and balances multiple responsibilities well
- Leasing tours
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable, and self-motivated
- Collect and process monthly rent payments, post 3-day notices, and actively involved in tenants’ rental cycle
- Manage tenant complaints and concerns
Maintenance:
- Coordinate tenant service requests for maintenance.
- Coordinate unit turns for maintenance
- Regularly required to physically be able to walk and inspect properties appearance on a routine and arrange for maintenance according to company standards.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, or move up to 20 pounds to assist maintenance personnel.
- Kneeling, climbing, twisting, and bending
- Conduct regular apartment inspections
