Job Overview

- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner with the maintenance coordinator .
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management on a large property.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate records and files.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance practices.
