What you ll do:
- Manage and execute the end-to-end sale process for Stake s Fix & Flip and Income-Generating properties
- Develop strong relationships with leading listing agents and brokerages across Dubai
- Coordinate property listings, ensuring optimal market presentation and visibility
- Monitor weekly performance reports from agents (leads, viewings, offers, feedback) and provide structured insights to management
- Evaluate pricing strategies, recommend adjustments based on market data, and identify underperforming listings
- Collaborate with the Acquisitions, Operations and Marketing teams to align exit strategies and timelines
- Ensure seamless communication with investors by providing timely updates on exit performance and market dynamics
- Track all sales data through internal systems to support analytics and decision-making
- Coordinating and arranging viewings with the Property Management team.
- Negotiating offers, finalising sales agreements and coordinating with the compliance team to finalise property transactions.
- Contribute to the overall Property Sales Strategy of Stake, working closely with the Head of Real Estate Transactions and wider Operations team
 What we re looking for:
- 2-3 years  experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or investment management
- Strong understanding of Dubai s residential property market and pricing dynamics
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organised - capable of managing multiple listings concurrently
- Skilled in negotiation, client communication, and relationship management
- Passionate about maximising investor value and ensuring liquidity
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market analytics
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by performance and results
- Strong work ethic with the ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
